Check if your DIXAU is connected to a USB 2.0 Hi-Speed port.
(Please refer to your computer manufacturer if your computer supports Hi-Speed USB ports).
 
Try restarting your computer and the DIXAU application.

 If your DIXAU application doesn't show any pictures when you click on the Search Button, try [tools]->[click] to see if DIXAU captures the word.  If it does, DIXAU's hardware button is broken. Please contact technical support.
