DX2 What size font can DIXAU recognize?
It recognizes font sizes between 7 to 16 points.  
DX2 How accurate can it recognize?
It shows around 97% accuracy. This accuracy number is attainable when used under the proper lighting and the optimal font size.  
DX2 There seem to be a similar product which looks like a pen. What’s the difference?
The existing pen-type product is inconvenient due to its low accuracy and the lack of dictionary contents.DIXAU gives higher accuracy and rich contents available through the Internet.  
DX2 Is there a way to listen to pronunciations continuously?
Currently we only support replaying the pronunciation up to 5 times.  
DX2 Does it only recognize printed words? Does it recognize hand-written words as well?
DIXAU can only reconize printed words. To be more accurate it only recognizes dark characters printed on a light background. Hand written words are not recognized by DIXAU.  
DX2 How many dictionaries are available for DIXAU?
DIXAU can connect with over 600 dictionaries.  
DX2 Can I add more dictionaries to the list?
No, but we are trying our best to increase the number of dictionaries that we support.  
DX2 My desktop (CD) dictionary doesn't work with DIXAU.
Some desktop dictionaries are not support. We are working hard to support more dictionaries in the future.  
DX2 I lost my serial number! Can I get it re-issued?
Sorry, we cannot replace your serial number once you lose it.
