By signing up for my account you warrant that you will not upload files, images, code, materials, or other information or content ("Content") that is obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or that violates any laws or third-party rights, hereunder but not limited to third-party intellectual property rights.

You also warrant that you hold all the necessary rights to upload to Unichal Inc. Software’s site or another site designated by Unichal Inc., including the necessary consent to upload and distribute any personal information about third persons and that you will not upload viruses or other forms of malware.

By uploading Content to Unichal Inc.’s site, you grant Unichal Inc. an unrestricted, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute such material in any manner, including in connection with Unichal Inc.'s business, and you also agree that Unichal Inc. is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send Unichal Inc. for any purpose.

Unichal Inc. strictly forbids unsolicited messaging and unauthorized advertisements while using any Unichal Inc. service. Unichal Inc. has the right to remove any Content and close any account for any reason.

By signing up for my account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms as well as Unichal Inc.’s Privacy policy.

These Terms, as well as the Privacy policy, may be modified by Unichal Inc. without notice at any time in the future. Changes will be posted at Notice in Community. It is the responsibility of all users to remain informed of any changes at all times, as all users are bound by the latest version of the Terms and Privacy policy.
